No students will be allowed to travel without van pass. |

Parents must reach ten minutes earlier to the stops to deboard and receive their ward from the van. |

Conveyance fee is to be paid monthly along with the tuition tee for 11 months (Conveyance fee is not taken for the month of June) |

An application form must be filled in for van facility and conveyance fee must be paid in advance for the same.

|
|
No child will be allowed to go to his/her friends /relatives house from the school. |
|
|
No students will come at the entry door until the van has made a 'complete stop. |
|
|
The van will not wait for any late comers and no student is allowed to eat in the van. Breakfast must be completed at home. |
|
|
Misbehaviour or contrary actions in the public places or stops with the driver, and supervisor will not be tolerated and will be justified by the withdrawal of van facility. |

|
As the conveyance facility is directly under the control of the Principal/ Incharge, any suggestions or complaints may be made to the Principal/Incharge only and not to the van supervisor or driver. |
|
|
Conveyance facility may be withdrawn for disciplinary reason. |
|
|
Reasonable care is taken by the school for the safety of the children but the school authority shall not be held responsible for the accidents and other eventualities which are beyond their control. |
